They have pathetic services in providing support to their employees. You can't get to HR system if you call. It's an endless long. I have been trying to get a hold on someone from last 45 mins.

Dont work there they provide salary i worked there for 10 days thn they said cannot proceed further and said salary will be there in 45 days but it is more 90 days no salary nothing HR do not reply it was curse to work in such a so called INTERNATIONAL process.

Worst company to work i have ever seen. Whosoever is working there don't get in trap for their IJP OR PROMOTIONS. They give you promotion but not salary they stop your career growth because you will not be learning anything from your position. They give you a bit comfort but not a comfortable salary. A very simple advice to MK IJP applicants don't get into their trap. One you get promoted your career growth stops in MK only because you will not be able to work out side of the MK for same position. Companies like Teleperformance, Concentrix and Accenture won't hire you at the same position because you don't have that skills. They just give promotion so they can get charge extra amount from their clients but they don't give you extra. Even if they give they will say 5-6% which is not acceptable. I have worked with this company on a position for 1 year and I have finally resigned. Now I have changed my field completely. Not only this the management is also same they just live their on a fake note. The 4-5 star reviews are given by employees who are freshers but if you are going for IJP better look for other companies. If you are freshers join this company but if you are a experience holder better look for another company.

Disgusting company, which don't even think about their employees. Hired employees by giving false commitments like salary structure, leaves management etc. Management never resolve employees concern, they just ask to complete their targets. They don't give any increment to their employees. Always chages their policy on regular basis without informing their employees.. even on diwali also they only concern about their daily targets and don't have courtesy to give sweets on diwali to their employees. Never suggest anyone to join this company.

My prior supervisor (NSB) and the manager (AP) were very incompetent. They make my requirement very painfully. They don't know how to address with associates and how you can take benefit of them. They surmise in slavery culture, makes the process habitat hostile. They never be yours else you are doing your job smartly, and positively, supervising your team in your way in admiration of business favour. When I join, I got the opportunity to work with very informed, conscious and adept people. All the managers were very favourable in any mood. Completely I am missing them. My hiring manager was very polite. HR and other associated bodies are very professional in their endeavour. An adequate company to start employment. I can compose if you are herein any operation except one function wherein I was associated, then you are in one of the best BPO societies in entire India befriending the job. My function was the company's best operation till the eternity when the last leadership was handling it. New supervision came into the containing (Only two people one of whom was the Group Manager & another AM) and they tarnished the whole surroundings initially after that full process. During Covid -19, the circumstance gets unpleasant. The upper administration (Group-Manager & AM excluded) body was too civil but there was no way to talk over with them post-Covid. My supervisor's short name was NSB when I relinquished. If you are functioning under him, kindly record his phone calls and during face-to-face mutation keep your recording on. Because anytime he can prove you a prevaricator confidently. Still, be hopeful, and join this institution. This is a remarkable organization where you can comprehend a ton. Thank You, MattsenKumar. This company is good....but the management is not at all good like the higher position people like HR , General manager they feel that we don't feel bad about what they say. They have give no support in some point of time and give torture without any reason....so many people suffer and do there work here bcz of thier helplessness....if they work on there management that will be great...!!
